Duval County Florida men charged with voter registration fraud

voter-fraud-detectedOver 50 voter registrations were found for people who were either deceased or non-authorized. This has resulted in the arrest of two Jacksonville male residents.

33 year old Devin Deangelo King was processed in the jail on November 3rd, 2021 and 33 year old Jordan Rayeshaun Daniels on November 17, 2021 on charges of “criminal use of personal identification information”

Duval County claims it’s voting system is functionally properly. Staff members discovered the forms did not look right.

Duval County Detectives met August 19, 2021 with the elections officials to investigate the fraudulent looking registration forms.

The fraudulent forms had bad signatures that did not match. Other personal information was also incorrect on the registration forms.

After a number of people on the forms were contacted, it was confirmed that these were 50+ registration forms were fraudulent.

Duval County is now recommending all registered voters to inspect the status of their registration to guarantee all information is up to date and accurate.

Registered voters who find errors with their voter information should contact the Supervisor of Elections Office.

The crime was motivated by money, not politics. A 10 year mandatory sentence is waiting for the two men if the are found guilty.
